guys ive been hearing a lot that at the price of 10k i cant get ptc w/ out any requirements and no appearance. where in cebu can i avail this service? i tried asking twinpines in raintree..but they refused.

Do you have the ORIGINAL OFFICIAL RECEIPT?
The card alone is not an assurance that you have a valid PTC. If you do a search, one member got a fake one and got a horrible experience.

na shock din ako kasi sabi nila it will take 3 weeks so I'm expecting around Dec 22 or 24. pero nagulat ko nang tumawag cla, na dumating na yung card.
I have trust in twinpines kasi yung pera binayad ko maliit lamang not enough reason to destroy their names, they also issue twinpines receipt, that they receive that amount for my PTC application.

Yes sir vega, meron ko receipt from PNP and stamp by LandBank
at yung PTC ID ko meron halogram nga tatak PNP at matibay parang Driver's license natin.

saw anything fishy about the receipt tell so that I will call Twinpines and complain about it.

The receipt now are different from the receipt before. As long as you have the original and validated by Land Bank you should be good. That was a very fast processing.

Just want to ask if one needs to always have the official receipt from Land Bank when carrying your Gun with PTC?

I carry mine together with my PTC just in case they will ask for it. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.:)

My dad got his PTC in just a week after he paid from Landbank. His PTC was arrange by the liason officer of LAGCOM, mang Romy De Leon. He asked me if he can have it for his birthday and Christmass present.;Q By the way he got his for 10,000 clams;)

I cant see the actual price because they put blue ink stamp on it... but its 4 digit number
