I am not to sure which way to go here and hope some one can give me some feed back with personal exspirence,i am not sure to go with a Stainless TLE II or the TLE/RLII with the light rail,i think holsters will be a real pain to get for the one with the rail,and i wont be able to use any holsters i already have.or my other option is to go with a tactical custom II which i believe is a higher grade Kimber than the TLE II......?or should i get a stainless colt goverment model and be done with it.

You may want to think some more about what you want. Those choices cover a wide range. Do you want a rail to mount a light? The TLE/RL is heavier and as you said, your choices of holsters are limited.

The TLE Stainless is the same gun without a rail. Both have front strap checkering and night sights.

The Tactical Pro is an aluminum framed gun. It would be better for carry but if you plan on shooting lots of rounds, you may want to stick with steel frames.

If you want a gun without all the features and are thinking that you may at some time want to customize, then the Colt would be the way to go.

Go with the TLE II just bought one and I really like it. About 300 rounds thru it now and no FTF, or FTE's yet. As for the rail would be nice if there were more holster options etc. But as you know do what you would do and not so much what works for others. Just my 2 cents worth...
