1) Glock?

2) G27 or G33?

If 1) and 2) are YES, then the overall answer is YES.

I thought in order to add an extension (+2 etc...) the magazine had to be an already high cap version, and that it was illegal to add capacity with an extension to a non high cap mag, making its capacity 10 or more rounds?

That was true between 1994 and 2004. The assault weapons ban is no longer law.
