Just though I'd put up the latest pic of my ongoing project.
Stats so far:
KKM barrel, SJC 5-port alum. comp
SS guide rod, 15# ISMI spring
Brass mag well
Agrip
Carver competition mount w/slide ride C-more
Modifications:
Finger groove removal, high cut trigger guard
Trigger is my current work in progress. Very short and crisp right now, working on losing weight without losing a nice reset.
slide cut a-la G34, and lowered ejection port
Opened up under the carver mount to give shells a little more room to get up and out.
I may end up making a new slide ride base for the carver mount, and moving it back even further to allow for barrel porting.

any comments or ideas are always greatly appreciated.
Right now I'm just using it for GSSF open, but I plan on moving to USPSA eventually. I know I'm trying to reinvent the wheel for GSSF open(most people use G34/carver/17l barrel with light loads) but I'm not looking to drive, I'm looking to fly.
