I'm going to get a g20. I already have a .357 sig barrel and will get a .40 barrel. we tried out both in a freinds gen 2 g20. they worked but slide velocity was low. if you didn't deathgrip the gun you got a stove pipe with 40 and .357. whats the recommended spring weight for use with .40 and .357 sig?
Who did you get your conversion barrel from?
I was going to order a 357sig conversion barrel for the G20 also. Do I need to order a different recoil spring? Thanks

got it from sportsmans guide. its a little longer than stock and threaded. when I get the '20 i'm going to have it cut back to stock lenght.
That's the same one I ordered. The price was to low to pass up. Maybe the slightly longer threaded barrel has something to do with it. I was thinking about cutting the threads off to. Not sure if it's a good idea or not. Any one else tried one of these? Thanks
I got a reply in my personal E-mail from a glock armorer. He said the standard G20 recoil spring with the threaded federal barrel should be OK. Even though it's a drop in, check and be sure it fits just like your factory barrel. If it's tight or rubbing more it should be fitted. Not sure how to fit it, hope mine works.
