Yes, however, there is an aftermarket replacement magazine follower that will allow an additional 3 rounds. The only problem with the new follower (other than the price) is that the slide does not stay back after the last round is fired. You can find out more information @ rimfirecentral.com (see the Walther forum). I, personally, think it's wiser to invest the money in an additional 10-round magazine... I now have 8.
