Or any of the other Fear books by Gavin deBecker?
If you have the audio-version, I'll pay shipping to and from, promise to listen to them right away... please?
I used to have the book but alas it seems to be missing from my collection. There's a lot of good common sense in the book. The #1 idea he is pushing is that if something about a situation makes you uneasy listen to that instinct! That might be the difference between you staying around or becoming another story in the news.

I just finished it last week. My local library had it on the shelf.
It doesn't hurt to give them a try.

In the process of reading "Fear Less." Seems to have a similar theme: basically, keep your your head out of your anus and if something makes you uneasy, pay attention and act on the feeling.

Yes, i have the book. Read it very quickly, lots of good material. Although the author is very anti-gun, he paints a pretty good picture of the benefits of situational awareness.
Im more than likely going to buy a few copies for friends of mine. I know of a few female friends that could use this book.
It was recommended from another websire that is of a 'warrior' mindset. When i went to the book store it was, in the self help section, the clerk said it was extremely popular.
I recommend it, highly. Use what you can, disregard the rest.
