View Full Version : P-99 mag conversion
Anybody know how hard it would be to convert a sig 226 9MM mag or beretta 92 mag to work in a P-99? To me it looks like you just need to cut a magazine catch in the Beretta or sig mag and it would work.

I'd be curious too.

The beretta mag might work if you cut the hole right - but, it will not fit flush w/ the bottom of the gun.

Why not just get the appropriate mags for it?

I agree, unless U just have a bunch of old mags w/ nothing else to do.

IMprovise, adapt and overcome.
Yup I think a new slot cut would be all it would take, could get a cheap 10rd to experiment on... the p226 mag is longer than the p99 mag though so there will be a bit of hang down.

The phrase was invented by a later author as an epitome of his attitude. It appeared in The Friends of Voltaire (1906), written by Evelyn Beatrice Hall under the pseudonym S[tephen] G. Thats a wee bit too verbose for a signature, hence my attribution.
