Ported barrel for a glock 27

Can someone give me their 2 cents on using a ported barrel on a glock 27. Does realy help in the recoil managment and accuracy? I've been checking out the barrels with 2 ports.;a

Porting won't help accuracy.

Depending on the type of porting, the recoil management will be different. Also, the type of porting may change the reliability. I think some of the porting done through the slide decreases some reliability, where as an extended ported barrel wouldn't have as much of an affect.
