HELP! Removal and installation of AK handguard!

Okay my Tantal order came in so I have TDI's synthetic handguard replacement set for my stamped receiver Romanian AK clone, but no instructions. I have no idea how to remove the top handguard and though I figured out how to remove the bottom handguard, the TDI doesn't appear to be a drop in peice. It looks like some fitting is required. I'd love it if someone who has been there and done that could walk me through the process cause I am kinda lost right now.

Thanks tooly. It took me a while but I figured out how to get the handguards mounted. It seems solid and I can't wait to get it out and run it through its paces. Thanks again.
