Holster for a S&W610?

I'm thinking of something like the gun-rag advertisements have for Dun Hume holsters - something behind the back, outside the waistband, but not necessarily set on that mode... fishing for input. (Don Hume apparently doesn't make one that fits the 610)

Just want something to carry it in - reasonably comfortable, with concealement top priority....

I realize this is no small revolver, so I expect my choices will be limited.

Suggestions?

I have a 4" 610 and have found that most holsters that will fit a 4" Smith 629 will also fit the 610. I use a Galco Pheonix holster for mine but its more for open carry. The Silhouette looks like it could conceal better as it is a high ride OWB. Also, a shoulder rig is an option.
