Awesome! You made a great choice. Here is my '02 Si with 120,000 trouble free miles and counting.
Nice pics. Civics are about as reliable as cars get.

That would be tight, I think comptech is developing one right now. I saw your ride, very nice.
If I hadn't gotten such a great deal on my Corolla XRS, i probably would be looking hard at the new Si's.
Sweet looking car.

Sweet ride! You need some 18 in. opal black/polished rims and maybe, just maybe a low profile spoiler to accentuate the lines.
Nice.

Thats a nice Si! If I didnt need a pickup truck, Id have an Si for my daily driver. I had an 03 Civic EX, best car I ever owned...Except the Z of course.

If Honda would lower the profile for ALL of their headlights...Those gigantic triangles just look hideous, but those on your 2006 are SWEET! Amazing how much that one item really improves the looks of the front end.
I like the redesign. Looks less like an econobox and more like a real car....performance specs ain't bad either.
Still too small for my ass.

I just saw this 06 Si has a drive by wire type throttle thing. Any comments on that?

It isn't just the Si, all the Civic models have it, and I believe the Accords do too. Before I bought my 2006 Si, I test drove a Civic DX and an Accord (both with manual tranny). They also had the drive-by-wire system.
Can't say I like drive-by-wire. But if you want a 2006, you have to live with it.
