It is a Gx prefix and has the original internals. Only one mag (NFML), but it has a Glock OEM +2 on it. Nothing else.

I've wanted a vintage Glock for some time, any insights?

G? G, what? G[0-9]... or G[A-Z]... If G[A-Z], we can date it.

It would be G then a letter then 3 numbers then US.

Gx111US. I do not recall the second letter. IIRC, the barrel date code it ITD.

The serial is GZ5xxUS, barrel date is ITD, serials match. All internals are blackened (even the 8lb connector), frame has some handling marks. The finish rates at 90%+. Mag is NFML witha Glock +2 (marked "+2" as opposed to just "+"). The frame has the 19 mark on the trigger guard.

It looks like an old police trade in. Everything is in spec for its manufacture date.

Price is $405 plus tax, title and tags. I can get a new G19 for about $490 plus tax, title and tags.

I'm thinking hard. I've wanted an "old" Glock for some time. FWIW, used Glocks usually aren't seen in my area.

I just bought a 2nd gen 19 today for $399+ tax, what Ive been looking for for a while, I seen others but this one only had the extended slide release, which when on my G17, and a extenede mag release, just left it on there. Every thing else looks to maybe be factory, execpt maybe the recoil sping and rod assembly its the captured style not the two seperate peieces.
