Jeep tow bar shackles

I want to flat tow my YJ (4" lift,1" body lift). Does anybody have any experience with these shackles?

If you have a locking rear axle, avoid towing with these shackles. The tow bar really shouldn't be mounted to moving suspension parts anyway. Bumper/ frame mounts tow better. Take care of that Jeep... :)
