Anyone know how they put the ejector in? Is it press fit, or glued in some way? There is no ejector pin.

If there is no pin, it is glued in with something like Loctite. Heat and pull straight up with pliers to remove.
I had one each way bought for the MixMaster Project.

How much heat would be required? I'm leary about putting too much heat on it, I wouldn't want to alter the heat treat.
Hair dryer until it is warm to the touch, not hot. That should loosen the loctite, or just shoot a few mags out of it. It wont the gun at all.
