Hi,

I am going to take a thankyou note/card and some goodies to my local firestationg just to say thankyou for serving the community.

I ask the firemen here: What kinds of goodies would be welcome at your station?

Thank you in advance. I plan to make drop off the goodies on my way home from work.

Firefighters arent too fussy, we will eat just about anything but cookies or a cake come to mind, something simple. Thats nice of you to do that. Most of us dont look for a thank you but when we get it it makes us feel good.

Seeing as I did not get a reply soon enough. There happens to be a Krispy Kreme shop near my work here. When I got there they were hot and ready.

So, I had a dozen boxed up and took them straight to the station.

Drop some doughnuts by your operations or comm center. HOLY COW!
Never seen 4 people destory a dozen doughnuts so fast.
That includes college athletes and cops.
