I just picked up a bhp mkiii that has an awful trigger.
i'm seriously thinking of dumping it and getting a single action 75. My question to the 75sa owners is: what is the difference between the sa pull of the 75sa and the normal 75?
any info on the 75sa would help. include mods and gun porn if you feel the need;a

You can get a lot better trigger out of the HP, if you remove the mag disconnect. The CZ SA triggers are ok, nothing really to jump up and down about. They can be made better, but you won't see 1911 quality out of them. If you want the trigger seriously better, and long lasting, you'll need to have the sear replaced with a "hard" sear from somewhere like here www.miossigunworks.com If you have a trigger job done with the stock sear, it's not going to last a long time because the stock sear is too soft for sharper angles.
You might be completely happy with it stock though. A good trigger is very subjective....it just depends on how good of a trigger your accustomed too.

Thanks for the reply sonny.
I have looked into a trigger job for my hp. The problem is, most reputable hp smiths want 5 months to a year before its done/they'll take anymore work.
I'm too impatient;f
Oh, I understand. A friend of mine sent his HP to Cylinder and Slide, and they had it for almost 6 months, but it's a thing of Beauty, it should be, he spent an additional 1300.00 on mods!!
The removal of the mag disconect though, is pretty simple, and lots of places on the net where you can get details.
