resoling boot

Back in the day (1993) at Ft. Lewis there was a cobbler shop near clothing sales that would re sole combat boot without stiched soles. They must glue them on. Now that I've been out in 1998 I have a pair of J boots I want resoled. Anyone know of where I can get this done; perhaps mail order or something. Thanks for your replies.
