I'm sorry. I thought you just needed help resizing.

Click on User CP near the top of the page.

You will see, under the logo and banner ads -
Glock Talk > User Control Panel for teddyboy

Right under that you will see some text.

Click on Edit Options.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and you will see information about your avatar. You need to have 10 posts in order to have a customized avatar. Just click on Change Avatar and scroll down again. Copy the URL address of the image I posted and paste that URL address into the box at the bottom of the page. That should do it. :)
