Do you want to host offsite or upload to this site? If uploading to this site you have it, although it looks like the picture didn't completely load or the file on your computer is incomplete.

If you want to host it offsite on your own server or a free site go ahead and upload it there and then all you need to do is place image tags around the link to that picture.

Ex: http://mypicture.com/mypictoupload.jpg

then you'd post here by typing this

[ img] http://mypicture.com/mypictoupload.jpg [ /img]

-or-

< img src="http://mypicture.com/mypictoupload.jpg"> (Inside the brackets you can include other attributes like height, width, and alternate text.)

I am simply looking to substantiate my "rantings" with photographic evidence. Pictures being worth 1000 words, I just want to share, that which I hold dearly", with others who share similar interests.
BTW any hints on sizing these pics?

Did you try resizing your original pic? It looks like you attempted to using paint but instead just cut the sucker in half.

Use any program other than paint, like I use Photoshop CS2. They allow a resize and usually an export for the web button, making a small sized jay peg with questionable quality, perfect for the net.

I'd resize the pic you put up if it wasn't just half a picture. (You can post upload the original pic and I'll resize for you.)

I am runnig Windows ME and for some reason, I just can't get it. I tried "image shack" and some other forum, but it just isn't working.
looks like I'm about to try "photobucket".

Haha, another miss. Does the page completely load for you when you post or are you somehow skipping by that? Is the original file a full one?
