View Full Version : Shoulder holster for field use?
I just bought my first H&K, a green USPf .45, and I'd like to get a shoulder holster for it in the field. I have seen a lot of the GIs in the Iraq war utilizing leather field shoulder holsters. In back, they use a round ring where the various parts come together. Do any of you guys know who makes this holster?
I can't wait to shoot this thing. ;)

From this link, it looks like a Galco/Jackass "Miami Classic" shoulder may be what you saw. Although they have more of an "X" shape device in the back rather than a simple ring:

Thanks for the reply. I think perhaps the holster I am looking for is the Alessi shoulder field rig. It appears to have the ring in back.

For field use, you might want to consider verticle carry under the shoulder, especially with a full size pistol.

Look at the Alessi Fieldmasters and Bodyguard holsters.
Fixed it!
