Thoughts on expired traumadex?

I just checked the dates in my blowout kit and they were 12/05. Given that they're still sealed, i don't see anything that would comprimise their effectiveness for years after the expiration date (all it is is sterile potato starch.)

Sounds like he expiration date is just there so you'll replace your old stock. For gods sake, Quick clot has an expiration date. (my ground up rocks went bad?)

Any thoughts?

I don't know about the expiration dates on stuff like that, but I do think the manufacturers put dates on some items just to make us buy more.

We recently had a case of 5x9's go out of date. :upeyes:
