View Full Version : i work at a gun shop...
they seemed to be amazing firearms. they felt great! i was wondering if they were really glock quality firearms? or do they give glock any run for their money. if so i was thinking about getting one of the sub CZ's.
IMHO A CZ P01 is much better than the G26. Not as light and compact but 14rds in a CCW gun that is extremely accurate is a great weapon. I got rid of my G26 when I found the P01.
but is it as durable and tough as a glock is what i was wondering. they are about the same price at the store i work at. i cant part ways with my g26... just cannot and will not.
Pick it up and dry fire it. If you can shoot one. I think once you shoot one you will be able to put down the G26. Check out the CZ website. The P01 has gone through rigerous NATO testing and passed with flying colors. It is the weapon of choice in CZ.
i cant fire them. they are new. but i am going to probably end up buying one when i get enough money. i like the way the slides are in the barrel. that is amazing. and that is coming from someone who has never shot anything but a GLOCK!!!
If if it feels good in your hand and you can shoot it with accuracy then its a good gun.
As far as the worksmanship and value I think they are great pistols for the price, like non other. Excellent finish and breaks down easily, shoots very nice and well balanced.
I really like my CZ75 and use it for CCW. If you havent already you should shoot them a few times and see how they suit you.
still arent as rock solid as a glock i have heard.

This is what you do, buy a CZ RAMI and sell it to me. I will let you know how it goes. SERIOUSLY! You can shoot it once and then sell it to me. That saves you from getting into any trouble.

CZs were an excellent value a few years ago but now they are very good handguns at fair prices. In regard to the CZ75 PCR I prefer my G19 but the PCR, in my eyes, is it's equal. I have a Rami 40 S&W and it has been flawless but if I had it to do over I would buy the Rami in 9mm. Why? There have been too many less than stellar reports on the Rami 40 S&Ws. Regards, Richard :D

From my experience you have no reason to worry about the quality or reliability of CZ or most clones. I have a P-01 and a Baby Eagle clone. They are both great guns, the BE outshoots any of my other handguns (in my hands), that includes the G19, G17, and G22. I have never had a failure of any kind with either of them.
