Is it possible to buy just the spring for the slide stop? mine got bent pretty good and i would like to get a new one.
Glock does not sell the spring separately.

Please PM me if you find someone who will sell only the spring. My glock rep says they only sell the complete slide stop with the spring.

It's a $6.95 part at Lone Wolf. That would be your easiest and most reliable choice.

I have a quick question.. I have the G23 and when I bought it, the salesperson told me that a with a brand new gun, if you cock the slide all the way back and use the slide stop lever to spring the slide forward again without a round, that this will damage something inside the gun. Is this true? He told me that for new pistols, unless you are actually loading a round, use another hand to ease the slide back forward instead (after activating the slide stop lever, ofcourse). Fact or fiction?
