was hoping someone has come across a similar creature????
Photos might help.
Could it be... okay, long shot here... a factory 6" barrel, polished and threaded?

They may be Federal barrels. they have no marking on them.
I have a 40s&w and 357sig drop in barrels for my Glock M 20 C.
They measure about 5.25" and are threaded/thread protectors.

I have a federal bbl and they have traditional rifling, I think the chances are better that it was a 6" cut down and threaded, what really threw me was the factory poly rifling, anyway, shoots great, wonder if it would be considered legal to use for the GSSF, if it is factory made????
HA HA, thanks to all for the input.R
