I have a G34 open class gun with a melted Docter on it. My question is, has anyone else tried modifying the ejector to keep the brass off the glass of the sight?
I have seen the Bob Rhea ejectors that are lengthened, all I need is more throw to the right instead of straight back at my $300 Docter.
I was thinking that a little file work on the tip would do the trick. Thinking that a slight angle on the ejector tip would strike the case off center causing it to fly right, out, and up instead of straight back?
Anyone else tried this?
