G19 trigger not resetting (sometimes)

Hope someone can help out w/this...
I have a 2nd gen G19 with NY1 trigger spring and 3 1/2# connector which, about 5-6 times in a 200 round range session, fails to reset the trigger during/after a slide-lock reload. Try as I might, I can't duplicate this dry-firing, and my local Glock armorer flatly tells me it's impossible....Nonetheless, it is happening.
Anyone?

I corrected a similar problem, in my nephew's G22, by replacing the NY spring w/ OEM spring.
