At a gun show I saw a NIB USP 9mm, LEM, night sights, and a Jet funnel(?), 2 18 round mags. It did not have the lock in the mag well. Price was $749.
1 - Do LEM guns have the lock in the mag well?
2 - How does the Jet funnel attach, and is it removable without replacing anything else? Anyone have the funnel, and do you like it? Is it because of the Jet funnel that it didn't have a lock?
3 - 18 round mags?
4 - How's the price?
5 - Is it possible to get a NIB HK without the lock? I'd like to get a USP or P2000, but I'm concentrating on buying the models I'd like to have that do not yet have locks, then I'll consider one with.

Anyone? Even if you can only answer 1 or 2, it would be appreciated.
I'll try, as I just got a USPf 9mm w/ Jet funnel. Only difference is I bought a Variant 1, because all my USP's are Variant 1 and I wanted the same Manual of Arms for training purposes.
Your questions:
1. Don't know about the LEM, I can't find one locally to handle. However the Jet Funnel replaces the part that has the lock.
2. Remove the existing MSH (part with lock), replace it with Jet funnel, takes about 2 minutes. I like the Jet funnel very much, it adds a little bit more grip that makes it feel just right. It took a little getting used too though, I found that doing tactical reloads you have to slap the mag in, with your hand perfectly on the bottom, otherwise your palm will hit the Jet Funnel, and it won't seat the mag all the way. I was also a little dissapointed that the Jet funnel does shift a little. Nothing that affected opperation at all, but it shifts a little bit if you adjust your grip on it.
3. 18 round mags, YES! A bit pricey ($59 each) but very cool (Designer Tactal). I bought 5 total, since they are eventualy going to be impossible to get. I'll probably get some more as funds permit.
4. $750 for what you saw seems about average for a new LEM one. The Variant 1's are more.
5. AFAIK it would only be possible to buy a New Old Stock one, to get one without the lock.
Hi,
a little ad-on to the previous answer.
The hammer strut lock was added to the USP line of pistols in the year 2000, so most of the "AA" date coded and above USP´s should have the lock regardless of the variant.
The Jet funnel can be removed with a screw and normal mags can be used.
White mags, search for USP Expert mags. They are the White mags.
