How to disassemble new model with keylock?

I have replaced the striker spring in several G35s, but when I went to do it for a friend I had a problem. He has a newer model, the kind with a keyhole in the plate at the back of the slide. I tried to remove the plate, and it didn't want to come off. Should I just use more force, or is there a trick to it?

Sounds like you Glock has a "Ghost" lock on the slide, and I haven't a clue about that aftermarket part. You may want to contact Ghost.

Don't own one,but i beleive you need a handcuff key to lock and unlock it.
