Breakdown (http://www.ak-47.us/BreakDown.php)
I rarely ever mess with the trigger group other than a few q-tips. The rest can be easily dissassembled and cleaned up. It needs VERY little oil. None on the gas piston for sure.

What flatfender said, and
I like to strip the bolt once every six months or so and get the crap out from under the extractor, clean the firing pin channel, inspect the extractor spring.

I've done all that stuff before. Installed recoil buffers, new FCGs, stocks, pistol grips, and handguards...one thing I have always wondered though, is how you take apart the bolt. I doubt it is necessary on a regular basis, but think it might be handy to know how to remove the extractor in case it needs to be replaced, and how to remove the firing pin to thoroughly clean the firing pin channel every so-so many thousand rounds or as needed.

MTMilitiaman,
Here you go
http://www.ak-47.net/ak47/comp/bolt.html
It's not very detailed though.
Try doing a search on Gunsnet; I remember something being up there that was more descriptive.
I will try to find some time to take my bolt apart and type a post as I go if you can't find anything.

Okay here's the how-to on disassembling your bolt
1) clear rifle, remove mag etc ( obviously )
2) remove top cover, recoil spring and bolt carrier w/bolt
3) notice how the bolt is locked in the carrier, with the extractor to the left; this is how you want to hold the bolt while disassembling.
4) remove bolt from carrier and hold as described above.
5) locate firing pin retainer pin running through the bolt head from the top
6) using the pin pusher from the tool kit ( or a suitable punch ) gently tap / push the retainer pin from the BOTTOM to the TOP. Do not push all the way out, it is a PITA to put back in.
7) let firing pin fall out freely. Notice it has a flat side facing away from the extractor. It will need to go back in the same way.
8) locate extractor retainer pin on the bolt head. Notice it has one end sticking out of a big hole and there is another small hole diametrically opposite of it.
9) insert pin pusher in SMALLER hole of extractor retainer and push out. Place hand over the extractor before removing pin pusher as the extractor might fly out along with the little extractor spring.
10) clean and inspect everything to your liking. DO NOT LUBRICATE THE FIRING PIN OR CHANNEL
11) insert extractor and spring back in their hole and hold them.
12) insert extractor retainer pin with split end first through the BIG hole. The pin must be inserted in such a way that it secures the extractor and it also allows for the firing pin retainer to pass over it. If you put it in wrong, take it out and find the proper position
13) insert firing pin in the bolt with flat side away from extractor. If you don't, the firing pin retainer will not go in
14) gently tap firing pin retainer in until flush at the TOP. It's OK to over-insert a bit, it won't protrude the other side.
15) check for extractor movement ( should encounter resistance ) and firing pin movement.
Hope this helps ! It is a lot easier than it sounds.
