I purchased a Yugo AK underfolder that has the Century Arms receiver. The problem I discovered is that the Fobus handguards (with rails) don't fit because the Yugo has a longer upper guard and shorter lower guard. I contacted Fobus and they were confused and thought that theirt guards would fit all AK weapons....not so. I called Century and they too were under the impression that the guards would fit.
My question is this; Is there anyone that makes upper and lower hand guards for the Yugo that have built-in rail systems like the Samco/Fobus rails?

Probably not.
The Yugo AK is in a class of its own : different sized handguards, locking topcover, grenade launcher, different receiver.
You will probably be better off getting an Ultimak ( basically a gas tube with a Weaver rail on top ) since the gas tube is the same lenght, if you are interested in optics mount alone.
If you want a "crap rail", try trimming the Fobus or check out Tapco, they might have something.

Thanks for the info. I have tried almost everyone out there and have the reply....no go. Fobus said they were looking in to making one because of the large number of Yugos on the market. I guess time will tell.

Ultimak will not fit Yugo UF either.
Ultimak will be coming out with a mount this summer for the M70AB2
