I live in Maryland, where it's required that all pistols coming into the state have an intregal locking device. My FFL can get my G19 with the device factory installed, or I can get it without, requiring some other state approved lock. The question is, how does the factory lock work and does it effect trigger pull? Would I be better off ordering the gun with the optional type lock for $30 more?
