Just got in one of Century's very good Steyr carbines. It is a Budapest model that was reworked to 95/34. Couldn't be more pleased. Nearly 100% bluing and a nice stock. Bet this sucker is a beast to shoot, it is by far the lightest milsurp I have even more tham the Ruskie M44:supergrin: . I'll try and post pics later.
They are a beast to shoot. I sold mine a few years ago and it was in very nice shape. I hated to get rid of her but the ammo costs drove me to rid myself od oddball calibers. I think the only milsurp that I consider odd that I still have is my Swiss K-31.
Have fun.
when i shoot my 95/34, it feels like someone hitting me in the shoulder with a 16lb sledge. i dont want to sound like a wuss, but i dont ever put more than about 20 rds a day through it.
mighty big boom and kick from such a small rifle

Ya'll are freaking me out with the comments on these rifles! On another old gun board I keep hearing the same thing. Makes sense though, I think my SRH .454 handgun weighs nearly as much as this rifle does. Probably won't have a chance to break my shoulder until a couple of weeks from now. Went ahead and ordered a case of the 8*56 from SOG today.
i love handing my "little" rifle to big shots that think they want to show off.
its quite a funny reaction.
