What's a good practice ammo...is there a WWB for shotguns?

Yeah, there is, at Walmart of all places. :)
Don't use the Winchester brand ("Universal" IIRC) though. It's real crap that turns slick working guns into funky guns.
Walmart carries WW, Federal and Remington 100 round bulk-packs for (here in Kali) $16.28. I've had the best luck with the Federals, with the Remingtons a distant second, and the WW stuff waaaay down at the bottom.

Any major brand birdshot. I usually use 7 1/2 or #8's work fine for just making sure the gun goes bang.
If you would rather practice with 00 Buck than bird shot, I recommend Fiocchi low recoil 00 Buck. Around these parts it costs less than half of what American branded 00 Buck costs and it is just as accurate out of my shotgun.
My shotgun likes it: yum.

I have, the slugs work well (very accurate/low recoil) however, they only work in certain guns without mods.
Benelli Nova, Winchester 1300 eat them fine. Mossberg I think does too, however you need to tweak the shell lifter on the 870 i think for them to feed right.
Haven't tried the shotshells.
Thanks for the info...I'm going to check out Wal-Mart. I'm looking for some slugs to practice with.

Remington Reduced Recoil are soft to shoot (.308 level recoil) and accurate. With ghostrings my Benelli would make on demand headshots at 100 yards from the prone with them.

That's exactly what I'm interested in! Shooting paper silhouette targets at the gun club...Thanks!
