G19 upper on a G38 frame?

You Guys have convinced me to purchase a G38. I had my heart set on a G19. I like the frame size. Does Anyone know if, & where, I can purchase a "complete upper" G19 (slide,barrel,recoil spring,etc)?
If I could purchase this, with a couple of G19 mags, and come out for 250.00 to 300.00, I would get 2 pistols in one (Maybe easier to convince wifey to do this instead of 2 complete pistols)..

I don't know if the locking block is the same. The ejector is different. You are better off with a used G19.
