I've got a G22 and I'm currently using a Fobus paddle holster at my local range. However, now I'm getting a G34 and I'm going to venture out on a little field trip to an IDPA match and I was wondering if my holster was legal.
Thanks,

It's legal. Not fast, but legal. You will want something nicer if you stay with IDPA.

Fobus is ok to start with, if you stick with IDPA you will more than likley want something nicer. Ready Tactical & Blade-Tech are the most popular and run about 60 bucks with a 3-6 week production time.
Blade-Tech now has an Injection Molded Holster for about 20 bucks with faster production time. I just ordered an Injection Molded Holster, I'll let you know how long it takes to ship when I get it.
Fobus has great retention. You can jerk your jeans up under your armpits drawing from a Fobus.

Injection Molded Blade-Tech took 8 days.
A point of clearification - the Fobus paddle holster is IDPA legal but the Fobus RotoPaddle is not.

Definitely get the Blade-Tech injection molder holster as soon as you can. It's superior to the Fobus in every way, including price (the Blade-Tech injection molded is $15).

You can put a washer in the trigger guard rivet and make the Fobus usable. I did but I use a Blade-tech injected holster in both IDPA & USPSA.
