Lasermax contact

I just bought my 4th lasermax,the other 3 still installed and used. This one for a model 30. It shoots high and I have called lasermax for help. I left a message and that was on Monday. No calls back in 4 days. Are they still in business? Does anyone know?

I got them easily between 9:00 - 5:00 p.m., eastern.

For me, if it was new, I'd simply return it to the retailer for exchange. You're entitled to perfection out of the box.

The subject tells it all, Thanks ED. I really do appreciate the help he gave me on installation. Now "36" shoots where she is supposed to.
