My brother passed away yesterday at 1400H. His body lies in state at Olongapo Memorial Chapel. Internment will be on Sunday 23 April 1500H.

In behalf of my family. I would like to express our deep gratitude to BOGs andother groups and anonymous individuals who have offered prayers and given support for Richter.

Losing a brother is a sad but enlightening experience. May he be at peace in the care of our Lord.
