Ive been browsing some of the other forums for the G19 and noticed a lot of those guys are putting extensions on their magazines. Does anyone manufacture extensions for the G38. Maybe +1 or 2 would be great.

Glock's own 7151 "+" extension will add one round to a G37, G38 or G39 mag. Pearce (Peace Grips) makes an extension (primarily targeted at the G39) which will add one round. Some of the other long aftermarket extensions may also work, potentially adding more than one round.
