Ramses,
Assuming you have the leaf spring here's how:
1) unload rifle etc , safety first.
2) place rifle on firm, even surface ( might have to take off the pistol grip to make it REAL even )
3) wrap a rag around the end of the rear sight ( the part with the elevation slider )
4) make sure the leaf spring is in correctly. Take rear sight blade and hold it perpendicular to its slot
5) while holding rear sight blade, push it down into the notch.
It WILL take quite a bit of elbow grease, as you have to compress the leaf spring AND get the little protrusions on the blade into the LARGE notches in the rear sight base. When you hear a click, it's in. It may take a few tries, and it will NOT go in if not perpendicular to the base/slot.
Good luck !

Getting it lined up and rapping it sharply with a rubber mallet helped me.
