Finally broke down and ordered the pistol I have been wanting. I have been waiting for the distributors to get one in with hi-cap mags but after a few weeks I just gave up and ordered the stainless one I wanted which came with two 10 round mags and ordered two hi-cap mags as well.
I hope to have it in hand by Monday. This will become my new carry gun this summer.
I saw one at a local gun shop. It is purty. I like it better than the nickel.
Good choice, post pics if you can when you get it.

It came in today and if I am lucky and the weather isn't bad tomorrow I intend on shooting it. The fit and finish is really nice and I like the way it feels like a Browning HP in your hand.

Minus the hammer bite ;) The way the hammer extends down past the beaver tail on the Hi-Power is just silly IMO. It hits my hand just racking it, I couldn't imagine shooting it. Other than that Hi-Powers look really nice.
That 75SS is one sweet looking pistol.

Thanks, I am anxious to shoot it. From what I read here on GlockTalk, the 75 is supposed to be very accurate.

Shot it for the second time last Thursday and I am really happy with the accuracy of this pistol. I concentrated my shooting at seven and fifteen yards as that is the range I will most likely encounter trouble in the gun store I work in. I practiced double taps with the DA/SA first two rounds then let the hammer down and did it over and over again. No problem keeping them in the 10 and 9 ring at those ranges.
This is a great carry gun. The single action trigger is very good and makes tight groups really easy. The three dot sights help my aging eyes and allows quicker target acquisition.
Overall I have to highly recommend this pistol as a general carry gun for people who whant an all steel pistol. It isn't light but It carries well in an Uncle Mike's IWB holster and also a Fobus paddle holster.

I just got mine a few weeks ago and love it, mine came with two of the newer 16rd mags.
