Russian Rear Sight Replacements?

I was perusing Makarov.com, and noticed they had a space for a fixed rear sight on Russian Makarovs. I am not too fond of the adjustable on my IJ-70, and this seemed like a good time to switch. Only one problem: they don't carry it anymore, and don't expect to ever again! Maybe they should take it off of the site then, huh? So does anyone know if anyone else manufactures a similar part? I really do hate this target sight, and I cannot wait to replace it.

The only source for a reasonably priced replacement was Makarov.com.
The other alternative is to find a gunsmith who can cobble something else together.

If you do not like the adjustable sights, then sell the IJ70 and buy a milsurp Makaropv.
