Anyone buying bulk? Is it possible to get to under $.20 a shot?

I've seen Wolf for $.35/ea. when you buy 500. Never seen a brand name under $.50. I imagine you could pull it off if you buy a pallet or two. Just how bulk were you thinking?

I don't remember the price per round but I purchased cases of Fiocchi slugs and 00 Buck. I have found the Fiocchi to be good quality ammo.

Best price i've found is 1.99 for a box of five slugs at cabela's retail stores.

I remember 3 years ago i could get 250 S&B slugs for 65 bux from them.

What were you shooting the Fiocchi out of? I think they supply the NATO .45, you think they supply the NATO 12 guage? Couldn't be that bad.

I shoot the Fiocchi out of a Remington 870 as do a couple of my friends. Another friend uses it with his Winchester 1300.

Wally World sells Win Super-X 2 3/4" 1oz slugs for $6.40 per 15. Not exactly dirt cheap, but a decent price.

Have you thought about casting/reloading?
I'm down to about $4 CDN per 25... I enjoy casting and relaoding, so time is not an issue:cool:

Thought about it. I'm just getting into reloading 45acp. So I have definitely thought about it. Once I'm a little more experienced I will give is a shot.
