Another avatar thread

Any help is much appreciated !! I do use photobucket & have a pic for an avatar that I have managed to resize to 91x61 pixels, but the file size is still too big...13k. Any ideas on how to reduce the file size & not so many pixels that you need a magnifying glass ??

Nope...that's my target ammo. For everyday I carry Federal 165 gr Hydra Shock JHP.
