Point of contact for trainer Dean Brevit?

Does anyone have a number for Dean Brevit in North Carolina. He's been recommended for individual lessons on competition (IDPA) shooting. I sent an email a while back to an address I found on a forum but didn't recieve a reply.

Also, any idea of his rate for private instruction?
