View Full Version : Who has the Knoxx SpecOps stock? Opinions?
Those of you that have the Knoxx SpecOps stock or the Breachers grip what is your opinions of them? I'm trying to decide between the SpecOps, Breachers grip and Hogue's pistol grip and forend. Help.

I love my SpecOps. I have bad shoulders and I am able to shoot my 870 with no pain which I cannot do with the regular stock and R3 pad. It's the Best $125 I have spent on any accessory. I don't agree with those that say it's just a gimmick since I actually have one. If it is, it's a damn good one.

I've shot two different ones and I now have one on order. Now my only concern about shooting the shotgun is cost of ammo as opposed to shoulder pain. I also contemplated getting the Knoxx breachers grip and decided against it. I figured I could do more with the Spec Ops.
+1 on the stock, works very well.
I would not recommend the mag conversion however unless you have some special need.
The only bad thing is that it does not have a very good cheek rest.
I have ordered the stock pack to see if that fixes that problem,we will see.

I struggled with whether or not to buy one... I figured it must be a marketing gimmick. After a couple of trips to the range and really working on my shotty skills, I figured anything had to be better than the beating I was taking.
So... I bought one. Without a doubt the best accessory I own. Absolutely fantastic. You will not regret the specops stock!
I just got my 870P Magnum last week and am interested in this stock ... anyone got the goods on the best place to order online for one?

Midwayusa.com has them for $109, which is the lowest I've found it.

I love mine. Between the shorter length of pull when collapsed and the recoil absorbing mechanism, it makes my 870 a lot easier to shoot for long days of training.

Pretty much says it all. I think it is well worth the money.

+1 for the Knoxx SpecOps
I like the look and find the shorter, adjustable LOP to be very helpful.
It makes shooting much more comfortable and if it makes it more likely that one will shoot often and get more proficient with their weapon then that is worth it's weight in gold IMHO.
Anybody know what single point sling adapters are compatible with the SpecOps?
