One of my shooting buds came away from a 'Friends of the NRA' dinner/fund-raiser carrying a small lever rifle, a Puma Mod. 92 .454/.45LC.
We shot it yesterday (in the rain) and that little 18"bbl turned in some fine groups out to 100yds and the action was smooth as any lever rifle I have fired. What a little sweetie!
I am no big lever fan and I have no other experience with Puma but this; all my levers have been Browning, Marlin, and Winchester (older, pre '64 Winchester). But, I do have to own up that this shoot was a real pleasure!
Yea, Puma! This one you got right!! :woohoo:
