If anyone has a MK9, MK40 or Covert that is more than six years old and has no mill/machine marks on the underside of the slide that you may consider parting with for a fair price, please contact me.
Thanks, John

No takers? What a shame I'd really like to find an older all stainless Kahr.
Buy a new one ? Never!! Especially a polymer one.
It's a shame but unless big changes are made, I'm afraid Kahr won't be around very much longer. Darn shame, the older ones are nice guns, wish I'd kept mine.

I assume you are implying that the older Kahrs are better than the new ones!!
I happen to think you are right.
My MK9 Elite 98 is on it's second extractor and third recoil spring. The front tritium sight is getting dim and will need to be replaced here soon!! That said, it's NOT for sale!!! ;)
I don't agree with your opinion.
My NEW P45 is just as good and reliable as my OLD K9's (blued and stainless), P9, and P40 were. Never had a micro gun, but several co workers do that love them as well.
I could make the same blanket statement about Glocks with the bad experience I had with them, but so many others have had good experiences it would be seen as one man's opinion, which is what it would be, and what your statements are.

Have a K40 Covert that's about six or seven years old...but, sorry, I'm not willing to part with it.
As I've stated before, when my time is up I'll probably be buried with it just in case I make it to the wrong place & have to shoot my way out...

Gunmeister,
For the last 2 Christmas's, Bear Arms in Scottsdale AZ. had a NIB K40 Covert setting in the display. I know is was the same one both years, because the S/N was within 50 of the one that I owned and I recognized it when I looked at it again last Christmas..
If you really want one it is worth a phone call. Number is 480-998-2727.
You'll have to decide if what they are asking is a "fair price".

My GA serial numbered MK9 is a gem, despite its having a bit of a rattle when I give it a good shake.
That gun has never had a malfunction of any kind.

My flawless MK9 is in the GC serial number range, runs perfectly, and ALSO is NOT for sale.
