My Desert Warrior came in Wednesday. I love it. I took it to the range the next morning and tore the center out of a couple targets right out of the box. I had only three malfunctions, all within the the first 50 rounds. the next 100 went through flawlessly. i expected a few more since it is still in that "break in period." Hopefully i will have some pics sometime this weekend.

If the three malfunctions were FTFs and you were using the stock Kimber mag I would get something else. I have had good luck with the Wilson 47Ds. Good looking pistol by the way let us know how it works out for you.

eh i'll give these another chance, three was less than i expected for taking it out the first time, and like i said after those first fifty i had absolutely no problems.

That's a nice pistol. I wouldn't let a few malfunctions in the first 50 rounds discourage me, especially since there were none after that. I like the Wilson 7 rd mags, and the Metalform FBI spec mags.

That's the first time I really looked at one of those. What keeps the right side of the ambidextrous safety from backing out and falling off?
Regards,
Happyguy:)
i think a internal pin locks it in place. if you look at a tokarev it has a external pin just like it. :)
