Made a welcome addition to my license plate.

According to the Virginia DMV. One person in VA has this plate on their car.

Plate Purchase (https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/dmvnet/plate_purchase/intro.asp)

"Personalized message already taken. You can only purchase it if you already reserved this message or it is on a vehicle you own."

Nice plate mnchvgs79 wish I thought of it myself.
